This is pretty much a game designed to eat quarters at the arcades. You're going to get caught in annoying frustr ating traps unless you devote yourself to a lot of memorizing. The player is left frustrated at not having been don't fully informed to what's about to happen.

You will NEED to purch ase either a fghting stick, an ASCII FP, or a total control 3 adapter which allows you to use a sega saturn or ps2 controller on your dreamcast in order to maximize your ability on these games. Please remember though, for both this game and any other Fighter on the Dreamcast the controller is terrible for these games. If you have a sega dreamcast and like fighters or street fighter, YOU NEED THIS GAME. It contains 4 new charcters(including Chun-Li) bring the roster to a small 19. 3rd Strike is a revamped version of street fighter 3: Impact (basically the super version of street fighter 2 compared to street fighter 2 turbo). The game play, the music, and even the new characters, everything is just simply PERFECT about this game. The game only features a handful of orginal characters from the series, BUTTTTTTTTT this game is still the BEST street fighter to come around. Street Fighter 3: 3rd Strike, is probably one of my least favorite in terms of the roster. IGN voted Best Fighter on Dreamcast, Rated by most as the Greatest Ever
